Startup with Impressive Legacy
Produced Water Solutions is a subsidiary of LMS Manufacturing of Marianna, Florida. LMS has served the nuclear, petroleum, power plant, paper mill and chemical processing industries since the 1980’s. In recent years LMS has focused on the remediation of soil and groundwater contamination from below-ground petroleum discharges and designed, built, and installed hundreds of treatment systems throughout the southeastern U.S. These experiences with water purification led to the formation of Produced Water Solutions in 2022.
Work in Progress
Yes, we are a startup, but unlike many others, we’re already at work in the real world. Produced Water Solutions recently secured its first major contract in the Appalachian region. This new, propriety mine rehabilitation system will produce purified water from an operation currently generating 2,000GPM of effluent containing large amounts of iron, manganese, selenium, barium and chlorides. Our solution replaces an existing system that had become too costly to operate and will save the mine operator hundreds of thousands of dollars a year in maintenance costs and fines.

No two water treatment challenges are alike. That’s why PWS’s systems are engineered specifically for each industry we serve, and the individual regions in which our clients operate. Simply stated, we clean contaminated water regardless of its origin. Our systems are flexible and adaptable to most every industry application. We can remove almost any impurities including radium.
Custom Applications
Produced Water Solutions’ provisional, patented technology has a myriad of applications. We thrive on challenge. The recent wildfires in California and Hawaii melted piping which poisoned water systems in these areas. Produced Water Solutions has the technology and expertise to eliminate the per- and polyfluorinated alkyl substances (PFAS), or forever chemicals, as they are known, that these devastating events have left in their wake.
